Army Opens Fire After Observing Suspicious Movement In Mendhar Poonch, No Injury Reported

Poonch May 21 (M S Nazki): A patrolling party of army opened fire in wee hours after observing suspicious movement on Sunday in Keri-Gulutha area of Mendhar area of Poonch district, official sources said on Sunday.

They told amid searches in the area, army patrol observed some suspicious movement and opened a few gunshots around 3:30 am. However in this incident, no loss of life or injury was reported.

Meanwhile searches have been intensified in the area.
