Srinagar, October 18: Two non-local labourers were dead after suspected militants attacked them at their rented accommodation on Tuesday in Hermain area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A senior police official told GNS that Munish Ahmad and Sagar Ali, two non-local labourers who were both from Kanoji, Uttar Pradesh, were attacked by terrorists when they were sleeping in their rented housing.
The police stated that they were taken to the district hospital in Shopain, where both of them were pronounced dead.
The entire area was blocked off shortly after the incident to capture the perpetrators. (Source-GNS)
