In the gunfire that occurred on Saturday in the Wanigam Bala neighbourhood of North Kashmirโs Baramulla district, an unidentified insurgent was killed along with two army soldiers and a police officer.
Srinagar, July 30: One insurgent and an army sniffer dog were both killed in the gunfight, according to official sources who spoke to GNS.
In the meantime, during the exchange of gunfire, two army men and a police officer also sustained bullet wounds, though they were said to be in stable condition.

Early morning a joint team of Police and Army launched a cordon and search operation in the Wanigam Bala.
The terrorists in hiding opened fire on the combined team of soldiers as they moved closer to the probable location, starting a battle.
