12-year-old boy injured in landmine blast in Poonch

Poonch, Jul 23 (MS Nazki): According to official reports, a landmine explosion near the Line of Control in the Poonch district injured a 12-year-old boy.

They told GNS that one Rizwan Khan son of Younas Khan, resident of Nakarkote accidentally stepped on a landmine blast while he was grazing livestock. A local army unit provided first aid to the injured boy, they said.

However, the boy’s general health could not be determined.
