Srinagar, August 17: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed deep anguish over the tragic killing of a minor girl in Ganderbal, describing the incident as “inhuman and reprehensible.”
Conveying his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the Chief Minister said such heinous acts shock the collective conscience of society.
He stressed that the perpetrators of this crime deserve the severest punishment under the law.
