Srinagar, August 17: Two LeT terrorist associates were apprehended by security forces at Malpora Nowgam area of Sumbal in North Kashmir’s Bandipora on Sunday.
Officials told that a joint naka was established by police and army, during searches two LeT terrorist associates were arrested along with arms and ammunition.
From their possession, 2 Chinese grenades, 2 UBGL Grenades and 10 rounds of AKs were recovered. They have been identified as Ab Majid Gojri resident of SK Bala and Ab Hamid Dar resident of Vijpara.
Meanwhile, police have registered a relevant case Under UAPA in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
