  • The people of Delhi trust only Arvind Kejriwal and will once again give AAP more than 60 seats: Sanjay Singh
  • PM Modi waives off his friends’ debts using public money, but Arvind Kejriwal uses that money to provide essential services to the people: Sanjay Singh
  • If the BJP comes to power, free electricity, water, education, healthcare, and free bus travel for women will all be discontinued: Sanjay Singh

New Delhi, 30th January 2025: The Aam Aadmi Party’s senior leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh addressed a public gathering in Uttam Nagar Assembly on Thursday, seeking support from the people. Sanjay Singh stated that on February 8, AAP will form the government, and Delhi’s women will start receiving ₹2,100 monthly under the Mahila Samman Yojana. He asserted that Delhi trusts Arvind Kejriwal and will again give AAP over 60 seats. Criticizing PM Narendra Modi, he said PM Modi waives off his friends’ debts with public money, while Arvind Kejriwal uses it for essential services. He warned that if the BJP comes to power, free electricity, water, education, healthcare, and women’s free bus travel will be discontinued.

AAP Senior leader and MP Sanjay Singh stated, “The BJP government has jailed your brother, your MLA, and your trusted companion in every joy and sorrow—Naresh Balyan—who has always stood by you in every crisis. Today, his wife is being forced to ask for votes in his absence.” He urged the people to repay Naresh Balyan’s service with interest by ensuring a massive victory for the Aam Aadmi Party.

He further said that BJP’s goons must know that neither jail nor false cases can intimidate them. “We will fight against their hooliganism. They have imprisoned Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Naresh Balyan, and even me. But the people of Delhi will respond by giving AAP more than 60 seats.”

He reminded voters that they are the true owners of democracy. “When you go to vote on February 5, kiss your children’s foreheads—because Arvind Kejriwal built good schools for them. Look at your zero electricity and water bills before heading out. In Delhi, the chants are loud and clear: Bijli ka bill hai zero, aur Kejriwal hai hero!”

Sanjay Singh stated that BJP leader Ramesh Bidhuri has openly said that if the BJP comes to power, the free bus travel scheme for women will be scrapped. “If, by mistake, the BJP forms the government, free electricity, free water, free education, free healthcare, free bus travel for women, and Mohalla Clinics will all be taken away. These services help a family save ₹25,000 every month. Pressing the Jhadu button means saving ₹25,000 every month; pressing the Kamal button means losing ₹25,000. That’s why every vote must go to Jhadu.”

He further said that Arvind Kejriwal has now announced that once he takes the oath as Chief Minister on February 8, every woman in Delhi will receive a Mahila Samman Rashi of ₹2,100 per month. “If a household has five women, they will collectively receive ₹10,500 per month.”

The AAP Senior leader further adder, “On one side, you have the BJP, a party that has repeatedly lied—whether about providing two crore jobs every year, bringing back black money and depositing ₹15 lakh in every account, doubling farmers’ incomes, or reducing inflation. Meanwhile, Narendra Modi has waived ₹16 lakh crore of his friends’ debts. PM Modi works for his friends, while Arvind Kejriwal works for the people.”

Sanjay Singh also condemned BJP leader J.P. Nadda for insulting Purvanchalis, stating that Nadda labeled them as Bangladeshis, Rohingyas, and infiltrators. “On a national TV channel, a BJP spokesperson even abused our Purvanchali MLA, Rituraj Jha.”

“On February 5, we must show them that we have built Delhi with our blood and sweat. We are not Bangladeshis or infiltrators—we are Indians. We will respond by making them forfeit their deposits. Their abuses will be answered with our votes,” he added.

Sanjay Singh stated that a Jhadu (broom) is an essential tool—it is needed to clean homes, to clean Delhi and the country, and to sweep away the BJP’s obsession with power. He asserted that the Aam Aadmi Party is forming the government in Delhi, and Arvind Kejriwal is set to become the Chief Minister once again.

“There is no point in wasting your vote. Delhi needs both an AAP government and an AAP MLA. Press Jhadu and ensure a clean and prosperous future for Delhi,” he concluded.
