Jammu, October 7 (M S Nazki): An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces on Tuesday evening in the Beeranthub area of Rajouri district.
According to officials, the exchange of gunfire occurred after security personnel noticed suspicious movement in the area. Following the incident, teams of the Army, police, and CRPF swiftly reached the spot and launched a cordon-and-search operation.
The entire area has been sealed, and further details are awaited.
