Ajmer, May 3, 2026: In a historic initiative to uplift the 800-year-old Khuddam community of Ajmer Sharif, the Chishty Foundation partnered with Saksham Sanchar Foundation to host a grand seminar on Media & Communication Education, Career Counselling, and Startup Dialogue at the iconic Chishtiya Hall, Dargah Sharif.
Held from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the event drew a massive crowd of young men and women, students, Anjuman members, and senior Khuddam-e-Khawaja representatives, highlighting the region’s youth’s strong drive for growth and skill-building.
A stellar lineup of national experts shared insights. Saksham Sanchar Foundation Director Smt. Archana Sharma discussed media literacy and communication skills. Dr. Lalit Khatri, Senior Career Counselor at Click To College, guided on career planning. Raunak Kumar Sinha from Chandigarh University covered emerging opportunities. Prof. (Dr.) Fakira Mohan Nahak, Director of PR & Media at Manipal University Jaipur, addressed media and PR trends. Neelam Singh, Editor of The Healthy Indian and Project Director of Trusted Information Alliance, emphasized responsible journalism. Author Yajvender Yadav spoke on writing, personal branding, and communication. PTI Bureau Chief Sandeep Dahiya shared national media experiences.
Haji Syed Salman Chishty delivered the welcome address, setting an inspiring tone. Advocate Syed Iqbal Chishty urged youth to lead community development. Syed Fakre Moin stressed education as progress’s foundation. Rahat Hussain Motiwala anchored the event, with Quran recitation by Syed Fuzail Chishty.
In his keynote, Dargah Ajmer Sharif Gaddi Nashin and Chishty Foundation Chairman Haji Syed Salman Chishty said, “Empowering youth through education, skills, and entrepreneurship is the need of the hour. Embrace modern communication while staying rooted in values—we’ll continue supporting such initiatives.”
Excellence Awards went to Smt. Archana Sharma, Dr. Lalit Khatri, Raunak Kumar Sinha, Prof. Nahak, Neelam Singh, Yajvender Yadav, and Sandeep Dahiya, presented by senior Khuddam and Anjuman members. Certificates were distributed to all attendees. Syed Ali Zaid Chishty and Syeda Samar Chishty gave the vote of thanks.
