Srinagar, Sept 6: Thousands of devotees congregated at the revered Hazratbal shrine in Srinagar on Friday night to offer night-long prayers on the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Officials and eyewitnesses said that following the pre-dawn prayers, devotees were blessed with the sight of the holy relic of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which holds immense spiritual significance.
