Ajmer Sharif, October 22, 2026: Sadguru Shri Uday Singh Ji Maharaj, spiritual head of the Namdhari Sikh community, paid a spiritual visit to the Dargah of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishty (R.A.), popularly known as Khwaja Gharib Nawaz, at Ajmer Sharif.
He was accompanied by revered Mata Ji (Amma Ji), community elders, devotees and followers. During the visit, the Namdhari Sangat and Khuddam-e-Khwaja met at the Dargah, reflecting a spirit of prayer, brotherhood and mutual respect.
The occasion brought together the Sufi and Sikh traditions in a shared message of love, service, compassion and the oneness of humanity. Sadguru Shri Uday Singh Ji Maharaj was honoured with the Global Peace Award by Haji Syed Salman Chishty, Gaddi Nashin of Dargah Ajmer Sharif and Chairman of the Chishty Foundation.
The award recognised his commitment to peace, interfaith harmony, humanitarian service and the welfare of society.
