New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by the Association for Protection of Civil Rights (APCR) against the UP government’s controversial directive on Monday, July 22.

A bench comprising Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice SVN Bhatti will preside over the matter. This directive, which is claimed to prevent law and order issues, discriminates against individuals from minority communities, leading to potential harassment and economic boycott.

Senior Advocates CU Singh and Shoeb Alam and their team will argue our case before the top court.

It is crucial to address this matter urgently to uphold the fundamental rights enshrined in our Constitution and prevent further discrimination and human rights violations.

Stay tuned for updates and stand with us in solidarity for justice and equality.
