New Delhi, September 25, 2025: Jamia Millia Islamia’s taekwondo contingent delivered outstanding performances at SANGRAM, the prestigious annual sports festival hosted by IIT Roorkee from September 19-21, 2025.
Medal Winners Bring Glory to University
The university’s taekwondo athletes secured four medals at the three-day sporting extravaganza:
Silver Medal Recipients:
- Mubashshir Rizvi, second-year MCA student and university taekwondo representative
- Hasan Abdullah Khan, second-year BA (Hons.) Economics student and university team member
Bronze Medal Winners:
- Samreen Haque, first-year BA (Hons.) Psychology student representing the university
- Namra Khan, first-year BA (Hons.) Spanish & Latin American Studies student and team member
